Pairing wine with food can be delicious and fun, and yet it can also be intimidating. This class will break it down, focusing on the fundamental components of wine and food, and how to match them. This hands-on experience, featuring six Living Roots wines and small bites of food, will teach you about both complementing and contrasting flavors to enhance your pairing skills.
Please note that the nibbles served in this class will include meat, dairy and gluten.
This class will take place in the Vault and is aimed towards beginners. Attendees will receive 10% off all Tasting Room purchases on the day of the class.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Jeanne Fradella is a Western NY native, with a twenty-year career in education. She decided to combine that experience with her passion for wine, with Jeanne currently working as a wine educator, sommelier and wine buyer. She is a Certified Specialist of Wine, holding certification from the Society of Wine Educators, a Wine & Spirits Education Trust Level 3 certification, as well as being a Certified Sommelier. We are so excited for her to teach us more about what makes wine and food go so well together!
