Join the teams at Radio Social & Living Roots as they create a dinner of Northern and Southern hemispheric proportions. Chef Steve Eakins will present five Middle Eastern-themed courses that highlight the terroir and aromatics of Seb and Colleen Hardy's Adelaide, South Australia and Finger Lakes-based wines. Both Steve and Colleen are Fairport natives who trained in their crafts elsewhere (he in NYC restaurants; she in Adelaide, South Australia where she met fellow winemaker Seb) before bringing their talents home to Rochester.
Now, they and other 30-somethings like them represent the next generation of the local culinary world, ready to showcase the prowess and promise of the region.
