Join us for a 75-minute yoga class designed to restore your best breath and balance your body, lead by Kate McCarthy of Wild Heart Wellness. This is not a vinyasa work-out flow class! All levels are welcome; beginners seeking yoga for the first time, as well as experts craving a return to basics and an opportunity to tune-in to the simplicity of a straight-forward asana practice.
One of Kate's favorite sayings is "yoga happens in millimeters," and in this class we seek the profound changes that occur when we learn to focus our attention on small, important adjustments in our body AND mind.
Classes will take place every Thursday from 5:45 to 7 pm starting April 5th.
Space is limited to 15 students, and registration is required via Eventbrite. $15 cash, check, or credit accepted at the start of class.
