Join us for a 75-minute yoga class designed to restore your best breath and balance your body, lead by Kate McCarthy of Wild Heart Wellness. This is not a vinyasa work-out flow class! All levels are welcome; beginners seeking yoga for the first time, as well as experts craving a return to basics and an opportunity to tune-in to the simplicity of a straight-forward asana practice.
