Living Roots Wine & Co. respects your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your personal data outside Living Roots Wine & Co. without your consent, except as required by law or to protect Living Roots Wine & Co., its customers, or the public, and then only with partners who share Living Roots Wine & Co.’s commitment to protecting your privacy and data. At any time, you may contact Living Roots Wine & Co. with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Living Roots Wine & Co. guarantees the quality of all our wines and merchandise. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If any of your wines are damaged during shipping or if any of your wines are faulty (i.e. corked), please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at info@livingrootswine.com.
Living Roots Wine & Co. processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
DELIVERY POLICIES
You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states. We ship on non-holiday weekdays only. In the event of extreme temperatures your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat/cold damage. At this time, we only ship within California, Illinois, Massachusetts and New York.
TASTING ROOM POLICIES
You must be 21 years or older to buy or consume alcohol. Only individuals over the age of 21 with a valid form of photo ID may enter the premises, unless accompanied by a legal parent/guardian over the age of 21. You must have a valid identification card issued by a state or governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, sex, and eye color. We are unable to accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way.
No smoking is permitted on the premises, including vaporizers and electronic cigarettes.
Living Roots is a peaceful, non-violent and safe environment. Any individual who is seen by Living Roots management or staff to be disrupting that may be asked to exit the premise. Individuals who appear to be intoxicated or unruly upon arrival may not be allowed into the facility at the discretion of the manager on duty, and individuals who appear to be intoxicated or unruly within our premises may be cut off from additional alcohol service, asked to leave the premise, and a cab/ride share may be called to ensure their safety home.
Unless provided express written consent through a party or event contract, food and beverage not prepared and/or served by Living Roots are strictly prohibited. Violators will be denied entry, or asked to leave.
