
We’re heading to the city for a special summer pairing dinner with The Marshal!
The Marshal is rooted in a commitment to local sourcing and sustainability—cooking entirely over reclaimed apple and cherry wood from nearby orchards, using wind power for electricity, and sourcing ingredients from local farmers, wineries, and distilleries to reduce carbon emissions and strengthen their community.
Since opening in 2013, The Marshal has reminded New Yorkers of the incredible bounty in their own backyard, crafting approachable yet elevated farm-to-table cuisine inspired by Chef Charlie’s upbringing on his family’s farm and restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. For this special dinner, Chef Charlie has created six seasonal courses to pair with six of our wines, including a vibrant expression of our Australian roots with the 2022 McLaren Vale Grenache.
