Tasting Room
You must be 18 years or older to buy or consume alcohol in Australia, and you must be 21 years or older to buy or consume alcohol in America. Only individuals over the legal drinking age with a valid form of photo ID may enter our premises, unless accompanied by a legal parent/guardian over the local legal drinking age. You must have a valid identification card issued by a state or governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, sex, and eye color. We are unable to accept photos of identification in lieu of physical identication cards as well as forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way.
No smoking is permitted on our premises, including vaporizers and electronic cigarettes. Unless provided express written consent through a party or event contract, food and beverage not prepared and/or served by Living Roots are strictly prohibited. Violators will be denied entry, or asked to leave.
Living Roots is a peaceful, non-violent and safe environment. Any individual who is seen by Living Roots management or staff to be disrupting that may be asked to exit the premise. Individuals who appear to be intoxicated or unruly upon arrival may not be allowed into the facility at the discretion of the manager on duty, and individuals who appear to be intoxicated or unruly within our premises may be cut off from additional alcohol service, asked to leave the premise, and a cab/ride share may be called to ensure their safety home.

Online Ordering & Delivery
“For online orders, by placing your order, you certify under penality of perjury that you and the recipient are of legal drinking age [18 in Australia or 21 in America]. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is of legal drinking age. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states.
Prices on our US store are listed in USD and prices on our Australian store are listed in AUD. Taxes and shipping rates may vary based on the shipping address.
We ship on non-holiday weekdays only. Shipment typically take 3-7 business days from the time your order is processed, but Living Roots employs third party shipping services and cannot guarantee the date of arrival. In the event of extreme temperatures, your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat/cold damage.
All sales are final, however, we pride ourselves on the quality of our wines and merchandise. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If any of your wines are damaged during shipping or if other issues arise, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order at info@livingrootswine.com.
