Join us for a class all about the darling of the Finger Lakes - Riesling! This much-loved varietal is planted around the world, particularly in cooler climates, and is capable of producing a number of different styles of wine, from dry and sparkling to sweet and still. In this class, we’ll dive into all things Riesling including suggested food pairings while tasting through five different styles we’ve made in the Finger Lakes.
