Sparkling Red from Lagrein, Teroldego, and Petite Sirah grown on our family’s Kuitpo vineyard, blended with Shiraz from another block just up the road. The Mediterranean varieties were chosen in particular for their high acidity, lower alcohols, and good flavor ripeness. The resulting wine has raspberry and chocolate notes, a bit of savoury pepper and dried herbs, and fine tannins.
